Following her debut single Pull Up ft. Yung Fume, an up-and-coming artist from South London released a stunning music video for her new single Queenpin.
The artist started sharing her music on Instagram last year. Her account grew from 4,000 to over 93,000 followers in just a few months, accumulating over 10 million views with her videos.
Filmed in South London, her newest video was directed by Luke Biggins, who previously collaborated with Stefflon Don, Krept & Konan, Stormzy, Sneekbo and Giggs. Filled with neon colours, mirror reflections and classical sculptures, the video’s visuals revisit the eye-catching post-digital look.
The single is a message of her confidence – on the track, the 18-year-old singer-songwriter-rapper knocks down her haters.
“The first line, ‘If you run your mouth you’ll get a mute down’ describes how I deal with negativity: I simply shut it down and block it out,” says BRYN. “I’m the Queenpin of my own world and no one negative can reach high enough to dethrone me with their attitude.”
